Jenny Schreiber, Director of Service Center B

Jenny Schreiber brings depth and breadth of expertise in Human Resources, including 13 years at UCSF, to her new role as Director of Service Center B in the new UCSF Human Resources service center.  Jenny has had a successful career at UCSF holding such roles as HR Manager for the Diabetes Center/ITN and Assistant Director in the School of Medicine Academic Affairs department where she provided academic personnel leadership to the school. For the past four years, Jenny has provided outstanding leadership as the Director of Human Resources for the Department of Medicine, where she has led with passion, humor and integrity.  The breadth of her dedication to the UCSF community can be seen in her participation in several School of Medicine and Campus-wide committees, as well a leadership role in the Magical PAF Machine System Development and of the Quick Win project. 

Jenny is looking forward to building strong relationships with the departments in her cluster.  While she envisions some of the biggest challenges to be the transition of HR professionals and the departments into the new integrated model, she’s also excited about the opportunity for developing a clear career path for HR professionals and streamlining and standardizing process.
