When we asked Esther what she was most looking forward to in her new role, she told us that she is looking forward to working with new client departments; learning about their business and supporting their business goals and objectives through Human Resources. Serving in this capacity will provide an opportunity to convey key departmental needs in shaping the Human Resources Shared service organization.
We also asked Esther what she considers one of the biggest challenges she will face and she said, “With the development of a new organizational structure, there is certainly going to be some anxiety. There will be a period of time where we will all need to become accustomed to the new model. However, I believe that through time, a little patience, and trust, we’ll overcome the initial change and see the value in streamlined and improved processes and services.”
Please join us in welcoming Esther into her new role!
